Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a 56-meter Concrete Pump Operator is necessary
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) Required for 56-meter Concrete Pump Operator
- Must be able to operate a stick shift
- Knowledge of pump truck mechanics and operation.
- Ability to lift heavy hoses and work in outdoor (rain, heat, cold) environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety-first mindset.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug tests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 56-meter concrete pump truck to deliver concrete to designated locations on construction sites.
- Set up and break down pump equipment including hoses, pipes, and fittings.
- Monitor pump operation to ensure consistent flow and avoid blockages or spills.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and concrete delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate placement.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on pump equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Clean and store equipment after use, following environmental and safety regulations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Qualifications Include:
Full-time
Duties:
· Assist and learn from the operator about pumping concrete.
-Keep truck, pump, hoses, and clamps clean and in safe working condition.
· Evaluate the site conditions and set-up the truck appropriately.
· Uses and cares for tools and equipment associated with and including the concrete pump and truck.
. Will be responsible for assisting mechanic with routine maintenance and as well as repairs to pumping equipment as necessary.
· Loads and unloads concrete pump equipment and attachments.
· Complies with safety regulations and precautionary measures by the American Concrete Pumping Association while operating the concrete pump – protects self and others by following work safe procedures.
· Conducts routine maintenance and assist with repairs to the machinery.
· Communicates effectively, is flexible, and discusses and resolves issues.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have valid and clean driver’s license- CDL requires for Boom pump
– Must be Drug Free- required to take pre-employment drug test
· Will teach knowledge of the concrete industry – understanding concrete and mix designs.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Physically fit, punctual, dependable and hardworking
· Willingness to work over-time as required
Wage will be determined at the time of hire.
